Daily sourdough feeding ratios
This is the ratio you will use to feed your sourdough starter whenever you want to make anything sourdough.

1 kitchen scale
1 wooden mixer
Ingredients

all-purpose unbleached flour
Instructions
Mix all together thoroughly
Let sit loosely covered for 4-12hours.
After 12 hours you will need to re-feed it.
Once doubled in size you can begin to make your bread recipe.
