Ingredients

3 lbs ground beef

1 cup uncooked rice

3 eggs

1 cup white onions

4 garlic cloves

1 chipotle pepper (add more for more spice)

5 Tomatoes

1 dried Chile Guajillo

Water

Chicken bullion

3 Carrots

3 Potatoes

2 Zucchini

Cilantro (for toppings)

Cumin

Pepper

Salt

Paprika

Instructions

  1. Put your ground beef in a bowl and add the dried rice to it.
  2. Add the eggs, 1/2 cup of chopped onions, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
