Assortment of frozen or fresh fruits such as:
Pineapple
Strawberries
Blueberries
Bananas
Mango
Milk
Protein Powder
Instructions
- Add fruit in a blender and cover with milk.
- Blend
- Once blended add in 1-2 scoops of protein powder and blend to combine.
