Breakfast Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

Assortment of frozen or fresh fruits such as:

Pineapple

Strawberries

Blueberries

Bananas

Mango

Milk

Protein Powder

Instructions

  1. Add fruit in a blender and cover with milk.
  2. Blend
  3. Once blended add in 1-2 scoops of protein powder and blend to combine.
