Bratwursts and Sheet Pan Veggies
Ingredients
Bratwurst
Brussel Sprouts
Broccoli
Sweet potatoes
Potatoes
Red Onions
Zucchini
Olive Oil
Black Pepper
Sauerkraut
Mustard
Instructions
- Take Bratwursts out of package and boil in water until cooked through, approximately 8 minutes.
- Once boiled set aside.
- Take out all veggies and chop into bite sized pieces. You can use as little and as much of each as you like.
- Once veggies are chopped, add olive oil and black pepper. Add other preferred seasonings.
- Bake in Oven at 450F for 35minutes.
- 5 minutes before the Veggies are done sear the Bratwursts on a pain with olive oil until browned on both sides.
- Enjoy with a side of sauerkraut and mustard.
