Bratwursts and Sheet Pan Veggies

Ingredients

Bratwurst

Brussel Sprouts

Broccoli

Sweet potatoes

Potatoes

Red Onions

Zucchini

Olive Oil

Black Pepper

Sauerkraut

Mustard

Instructions

  1. Take Bratwursts out of package and boil in water until cooked through, approximately 8 minutes.
  2. Once boiled set aside.
  3. Take out all veggies and chop into bite sized pieces. You can use as little and as much of each as you like.
  4. Once veggies are chopped, add olive oil and black pepper. Add other preferred seasonings.
  5. Bake in Oven at 450F for 35minutes.
  6. 5 minutes before the Veggies are done sear the Bratwursts on a pain with olive oil until browned on both sides.
  7. Enjoy with a side of sauerkraut and mustard.
